As a graduate of St. Martin’s University, Robert Kamin went on to receive his teaching credentials from Seattle Pacific University. Before entering the field of Education, Kamin studied drawing and painting at the GAGE Academy of art in the Atelier of Juliette Aristides.
In 2007, he was granted the Robert E. Wright scholarship as well as the Di Zordo Scholarship for his work in the Atelier. He currently teaches classes in drawing and painting in Union, WA. Robert can often be found painting en plein air from various locations on the Hood Canal or in his studio in Union.
In 2014, Robert began the Hood’s Canal Artist Haven, a retreat location for adult Fine Art training.
