MEMBERSHIP in PSG is a JURIED process. To apply:
Fill out and submit the ARTIST INFORMATION form below.
EMAIL TEN JPEG images of your work to firstname.lastname@example.org
EMAIL RESUME to email@example.com
Submit Annual $100 DUES payment below.
Submissions go to a jury of PSG Signature Members and your membership level will be designated as SIGNATURE or ARTIST depending on your level of professional experience and technical ability.
Please submit all jpeg images as 1900 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi for viewing.
Please read the instructions carefully, then fill out all fields in the form below. Applications that are received by the 15th of the month will be reviewed in the month received and voted on at the next month's board meeting. Applications received after the 15th of the month will be reviewed the following month.
The Membership Application is a three-step process. In order for your application to be processed in a timely manner, please make sure that you have thoroughly completed each step:
- Fill out and submit the Artist Information online form
- Email 10 sized JPEGS of your work and CV/Resume to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Submit payment via PayPal button
Note: By submitting the forms below, you agree to accept the terms and conditions listed above in order to be considered for Active Membership. If not admitted, the membership fee will be refunded.
1. Artist Information Form
Annual Dues for Signature Membership: $100 (plus $2.75 processing fee if paid through PayPal)

Applications will be reviewed after full payment is received. All processing/membership fees are non-refundable if admitted. If not admitted, the membership fee will be refunded.
